INTERNATIONAL VIDEO CONFERENCE ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE |
November 19 - 20, 2001 The World Bank Group's Europe and Central Asia Region and the World Bank Institute, together with the Investor Protection Association and the Russian Institute of Directors, are holding an international video conference on corporate governance, connecting Moscow live with several cities, including Vienna and Washington, and in addition, on November 20, 2001, will hold a special workshop live with World Bank headquarters in Washington, focusing specifically on corporate governance issues in Russia.
Day 116.30 - 19.30 Corporate governance and anti-corruption.
Day 2 15.00 - 18.00 Corporate governance and the role of the Board of Directors, starting with special workshop with World Bank HQ from 15,00 - 16.00.

The video conference will be attended by representatives of State authorities, Russian issuers and investors, independent directors, leading international corporate governance experts and social organizations.
